What if the recording quality is poor?
We do our best with whatever you send. If a section is genuinely unclear we flag it in the document so you can fill it in, rather than guess at what was said.
Do you attend the meetings?
No, recording only. You record, we transcribe and format. That's the whole system.
Can you handle multiple recordings per month?
Yes, ABSOLUTELY! Each recording is priced individually. Boards that meet monthly, contractors with multiple jobs starting — all handled the same way.
Do I need a Google account?
Yes, you'll need a Google account to access the shared Drive folder. If you don't have one I'll walk you through setting one up. It's free and takes five minutes.
